This project provides mathematical models of gravitropic reaction, along with experimental data. It was developed at the dawn of Java in 1998 or about, as supplementary material of the research project. This was a highly successful project with three publications in serious mycological journals. This project is so old that it is not following many now obvious rules and standards of the code arrangement and formatting. These formats were not yet evident at that time.
I am impressed by backward compatibility of Java: this code, written more than ten years ago for Netscape virtual machine still runs more or less out of box.
The project is offered under GNU LGPL license, copyright holder being Audrius Meskauskas, currently the lead maintainer of Ultrastudio.org website.
